Electric butterfly valves include: hard - seal butterfly valves, soft - seal butterfly valves, ventilation butterfly valves, flanged butterfly valves, plastic butterfly valves and so on. Today we will briefly understand what is called the electric ventilation butterfly valve and its use.

Electric ventilation butterfly valve is a kind of closed type, suitable for building materials, metallurgy, mining, power and other production process of medium temperature 300 ℃ or less on the pipe nominal pressure of 0.1 Mpa, to connect and open/close or adjusting medium quality. It is mainly used as a gas medium to adjust the flow rate or cut off device in the ventilation and environmental protection projects of the industries of gold, chemical, building materials, power stations and glass. The electric ventilation butterfly valve is designed and manufactured by means of a new structural form of welding between a midline disc and a short structural steel plate. Its maintenance and storage methods:

1. Electric ventilation butterfly valve shall be stored in a dry and ventilated room and shall not be stored in the open air; Seal ring should not contact with oil to avoid aging.

2. Storage and transportation: a. Use the airtight cover at both ends of the path to prevent dust and rust, and keep the passage clean. B. The two end machining surfaces of the electric butterfly valve shall be cleaned of dirt and coated with anti-rust agent.

3. Electric butterfly valves with a storage period of more than 18 months shall be re-tested before installation to ensure the integrity of structure and function.

4. When the electric butterfly valve is placed, it shall ensure that the electric device is not damaged by extrusion and wiring terminals, and prevent contact with corrosive substances. Handle with care to avoid damaging electrical and mechanical parts.

TD941W type electric ventilation and control butterfly valve is recommended.
